Refund policy
For online orders, returns are eligible for a full refund within 4 days of delivery, and for store credit within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted. All items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For local pickup and local delivery orders, our in-store policy applies: returns are eligible for a refund if brought back by the next business day. After that time, purchases will be considered final sale.
Final Sale
Gowns, tulle items, hair accessories, and all sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

If an item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
Once an order has been collected by the courier, it is considered delivered into their care, and we are not responsible for any delay, loss, or damage that may occur in transit.
Local pickups will be held for 24 hours from the time you receive your notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be canceled.
We are pleased to offer local delivery as an additional service for your convenience.
